Love it - going back - only concern was cleanliness of outdoor pool - water quality. How often do they test their pool water on hot summer days?

Good value, Everything was fine. Internet would not work the whole time we were there. Overall we enjoyed out stay.

Run down, great location

We have stayed her 3 times but this last time was not good. From dilapidated stairs to stains on the sheets to putting us right under the most inconsiderate guests. Hoping they start to update and take more pride in their resort. So sad bc it could be so nice. The pool and playground area is very nice though.

I was unhappy with Travelocity bc I was charged additional for full screen but the deluxe sweets only offer partial ac. Therefore we only had ac in the living room area on a 90 degree day. Other than that we had a great time

Nice big condo. Huge Jacuzzi tub and gas fireplac

Nice big condo. Huge Jacuzzi tub and gas fireplace. Close to area attractions and North Conway. Quiet, clean, comfortable. Nice pools.
