🚫 Please Note: Strict policies ensure a quiet and respectful environment. No parties, loud music, or smoking are allowed on the property. The hosts have severe allergies, so the property is pet-free. Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund. A rental agreement must be signed as well as a $500 security hold placed on your credit card in order to rent the home.

Relax in style on the large sectional around the gas fireplace in the welcoming living area. Stream your favorite TV apps on the 65" 4K Smart TV with Roku. Central air-conditioning ensures comfort during summer, while central heating keeps you cozy in the winter.

Game Room:
The converted garage houses the epic game room, boasting air hockey, ping-pong, Pop-A-Shot basketball, and an arcade game with over 300 classic games. The room is adorned with a 50's style pub-height table, remote-controlled LED lights, and a ski/snowboard rack. Don't forget to snap some pictures in front of the amazing bear mural!

Kitchen & Dining:
The sleek kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, with everything you need to whip up mountain-sized meals. The kitchen bar accommodates three for morning coffee from the Keurig pod coffee maker. Gather around the dining table for six for shared meals.

• Main Bedroom: California king bed, a twin sleeper sofa, 55” Smart TV, and an en-suite bath with a double vanity, bathtub, and walk-in shower.
• Bedroom 2: Full-sized bed with a twin-size trundle and themed outdoor mural.
• Bedroom 3: Full-sized bed with a twin trundle and a forest mural.
• Second full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
• Convenient half bath downstairs.

The furnished front porch provides a shady spot for sunny days. The fenced yard is perfect for outdoor games, and the back deck hosts Adirondack chairs, a gas firepit, and a gas grill. The brand-new hot tub and gazebo offer relaxation and entertainment.

Parking:
You can park two vehicles in the driveway, and additional parking for a third vehicle can be found on the left side of the home. Please note that overnight street parking is not permitted.

Additional Notes (PLEASE read before booking):
• The property is situated in a residential neighborhood with full-time residents, so please adhere to the quiet hours ordinance of 10pm-7am.
• A rental agreement and a $500.00 security deposit hold are required for your stay. The security deposit hold is simply a pre-authorization on your credit card, released within two days of checkout, provided there is no damage to the property.
Cancellation Policy: Guest receives 100.00% (less $150.00 taxable cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

Other Amenities:
• Your stay begins with essential starter items, including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, dishwasher detergent tabs, dish soap and sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. It is the guest's responsibility to provide essentials should these run out during your stay.

Cancellation Policy:

-To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 30 days before check-in
-If guests cancel 30 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, you’ll receive 100% for all nights minus $150 cancellation charge to cover fees.
-If a guest cancels 14-29 days before check-in, you’ll be refunded 50% for all nights minus $150 cancellation charge to cover fees.
-If the guest cancel less than 14 days before check-in, there are no refunds.
