The space
--Spacious Interior: 4000 sq ft of living space on a 16,000 sq ft lot, providing plenty of room for entertaining.
--Main Living Area: Large family room with a pool table, dart board & a gas-burning fireplace. Bonus loft section at the top of the stairs.
Kitchen: Recently remodeled with bar seating, fully stocked for 16 guests, including table settings, basic condiments, spices & coffee.
--Bedrooms:
- Primary Bedroom (upstairs): Queen bed, 2 bunk beds (full over full & twin over twin), private retreat with fireplace, TV & large en-suite bathroom.
- Second Bedroom (upstairs): Queen bed, shares a full bathroom with the third bedroom.
- Third Bedroom (upstairs): Two queen beds & a streaming TV.
- Fourth Bedroom (downstairs): King bed with attached bathroom (can be made private).
- Fifth Bedroom (downstairs): Two queen beds & a separate bathroom in the hallway.
--Outdoor Space: Expansive deck with outdoor dining for 10, sitting area with firepit, oversized jacuzzi for post-adventure relaxation.
--Parking: Ample outdoor parking for 4-5 cars.

Guest access
You’ll have full access to the property, except for a few storage closets where we keep supplies & linens. The garage is for owner use only.

Please note, the play/tree house is not available for guest use. The BBQ runs on propane & if it’s empty, you can fill it at the local DIY.

Other Things to note:
As required by Big Bear Lake policy (not ours), you'll need to agree to and sign the City of Big Bear Lake's "Good Neighbor Policy" before gaining access to the house. We’ll also need to verify your identification. This process can be completed electronically, or you can visit our check-in office if you prefer.
