We were placed in room 18 and immediately yesterday i noticed the floor was extremely wet and damp, there was a mildew smell as well. So I called the front desk and they told me there were no rooms available to switch us out of. I have a 2 year old and a 3 year old so I am mainly concerned for their safety. Who knows how long the floor was wet for and if mold was forming. No one even came to the room to check on it for us. The wall plugs also didn’t work by the telephone so we couldn’t even charge our phones by the bed at all. The next morning I went back to the front desk and they told me they would let me know when a room is available but no one gave us a call to let us know. We were waiting outside the whole time after we had lunch and waited for a call because Idid not want my children to wait in the room. When I tried calling the hotel they kept hanging up on me and once I got a hold of someone they told me a room was available so we switched. I am outraged because they moved us into a significantly smaller room and there is no jets in the tub like we originally had which we had paid extra for. Was there no way they could’ve moved us into a bigger room just for the inconvenience? I asked if we can get compensated anything or get a complimentary night for all the inconvenience this has been the worst experience and I have documented everything for my safety but all they said was that we can write a review. I will be writing a very detailed review on all sites. Very angry
