We got a balcony on the 2nd floor the screen door was broken. The A/C didnt cool the room so we kept the balcony door open, having to adjust the broken screen. These were reported. The desk staff and servers were excellent. Friendly and knowledgeable on the nearby restaurants and tours.

Amazing hotel. Calvert Lucy feels like a chateau. They have great breakfast options and we were really impressed by the art collection. Conveniently located. Our favorite hotel in Big Beat that we always stay when visiting.

The staff was very nice and tried to get us an early check in when we arrived. The room was clean and spacious for all of our winter packing/gear. We loved the fireplace and balcony to enjoy the view and warmth at the same time. Breakfast was a lovely spread of hot foods, pastries, and beverages. I would definitely return! The only flaw is that the rooms/doors are thin. There was a noisy crowd in the middle of the night and we heard them down the hall for a few hours before they went to bed, but that's not the hotel's fault by any means.
