Property Mgmt Company Needs Work.

We come up every year and usually we stay in a property that is managed by private owner, they cancelled on us last minute trhough this site saying their house was damaged by fire but it wasn't. We scrambled last minute and got this listing. Immediately let mgmt know upon check in that the spa was half filled with a dity floating bandaid. They said they called maintenance but had no sense of urgency finally came our third night when I complained once again since we wanted to go in after skiing. They came finally but it was too late kids had showered. 2 lighters for fire both empty, no cookie sheets, minimal supplies no salt and pepper. Both TV remotes dead. Seems like no one really takes care of the ammentities. Cabin iteself was super clean and nice. Annoying large dogs next door barked every night at 4am, 5am and on.

Beautiful cabin, everything you need!!

My family and I spent the week here during the largest strom in quite some time. It gave us all we needed! We stayed warm and extremely cozy for 4 days. It's in a gorgeous area of Big Bear! Our navigation unit, seemed to like to confuse us with lots of unessassaty routes, sadly. The store and fast food are close by for you. The cabin rental was extremely helpful during our stay and very prompt. Cute, clean and just what you and your loved ones need for a great vacation in Big Bear! We had a wonderful time with our 3 boys! A couple things I would uograde in is the lighting in this cabin was extremely dim. Made it very difficult. Also, snow shoveling assistance should be offered during your stay. It was extremely difficult to have to do this our whole entire stay. Would be a great add on to any VRBO!
