This gorgeous lakefront home is the perfect vacation getaway for all ages. The location is unbeatable since it allows you to relax lakeside with a stunning view of the water and mountains, and its proximity to the Village allows you to walk to restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. The house itself features a beautiful open concept living space that can accommodate your entire group for meals and entertainment. With 6 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and an additional game room with shuffleboard, bumper pool, house-wide premium wifi and a 70" 4K TV with live sports and TV from YoutubeTV and Sunday Ticket, there is something for everyone here- young and old! All bathrooms are recently upgraded, and all bedrooms have new carpeting and have been modernized.

The home was recently renovated to include a gorgeous 14-foot vaulted tongue and groove ceiling. The kitchen is simply to die for. It features all stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator with a quiet dishwasher, microwave, and five-burner stove. No detail was overlooked. You will have all the kitchenware and space needed to prepare your favorite home cooked meals. The massive island with quartz counter tops and seating for 5 provides plenty of space to cook and eat. Our indoor dining table seats 16+ people.

The living room boasts a lovely slate corner gas fireplace - perfect for warming up during those cool fall and winter evenings. For those staying in the summer months, you will be happy to know that our home features central air conditioning -- a rare but amazing feature to find in Big Bear! We have a 60” flat screen TV, Xbox Series X and YoutubeTV (with NFL Sunday Ticket) for your digital entertainment needs. The WiFi was just updated to an eero mesh system to ensure full and fast coverage throughout the entire home! The large glass sliding door provides views right out to the lake, mountains, deck, and outdoor entertaining space. If that isn’t enough, our Olhausen pool table provides yet another option for entertainment for the pool sharks in your group.

The back yard features an open entertaining space with beautiful lake and mountain views. A large outdoor kitchen featuring a Lynx Gas/infrared grill with side burner and sink make this the most beautiful and functional place to cook in Big Bear Lake. There is plenty of outdoor seating available, as well as a large gas fire pit for warming up or roasting marshmallows! Also, you can watch the sun set from our oversized hot tub. This house really has it all.

We have 3 bedrooms off of the great room in the main house, and 3 more bedrooms in the middle of the house. That brings a total of 8 beds in the 6 bedrooms, as well as the large sofas in the common areas in case you need to escape someone's snoring!

The master bedroom (Bedroom #1) has a lake view, and is decorated with a serene color palette. It features a king size bed, 55" TV, soft new carpet, closet and private bathroom with plenty of counter space and a spacious stand up shower with a bench.

Bedroom #2 boasts two queen size beds and a 55" TV and sleeps four easily.

Bedroom #3 has a king size bed with a 55" TV and large closet.

Our second bathroom (in between bedrooms #2 and #3) is modern and new. There is a combination shower and tub for soaking, and removable shower head for washing kids and pets. There is plenty of built in storage and counter space for guests.

Bedroom #4 is another master suite in the middle of the house. It features a king size bed, high sloped ceiling, 55" TV, walk in closet, and private bathroom. The bathroom has dual sinks, a large stand up shower, and plenty of ample counter space. The room also has a desk and chair for getting some work done, or just relaxing on a computer.

Bedroom #5 has a queen bed, 55" TV, and a high sloped ceiling. There is also a small desk and chair for doing some work.

Bedroom #6 has a bunk bed that takes advantage of the high sloped ceiling. The bed is a Full over Queen, with ample spacing in between. It also features a 55" TV. This room also has a desk and chair. This room is great for kids or teens who want their own space.

The rec room above the garage provides another retreat that is away from the bedrooms and rest of the house. This area is perfect for hanging out after others have gone to bed. This room is a true entertainer's paradise! It has a 16' shuffleboard table and a combination bumper pool/ poker/ dining/ board game table. There is a 70" 4K TV with YoutubeTV, and Xbox Series X. We also have a secondary TV on the side wall so you can watch two games (or anything else) at once! This room also has a wet bar with a compact fridge, dishwasher, drawer-style microwave, and sink for convenient snacking. The 12' vaulted tongue and groove ceiling makes the space feel open and warm.

The laundry room is great for longer stays. Make sure your swimsuits or snow gear stay fresh through your entire stay. For shorter visits, this room is still a great place near the front door with lots of space to hang your coats and store your gear. This room also houses a sink for cleaning up dirty gear, as well as a dedicated ice machine.

The garage houses our new game room with foosball, ping pong, hook/ring toss, and golf shuffleboard. We have a built-in Tesla wall charger, as well as separate NEMA 14-50 plug for charging other Electric Vehicles. No expense was spared to bring the house into the future!

The driveway fits a total of 6 cars.

This house is a very clean and family friendly home and has really been modernized. All bathrooms are new, and all the bedrooms are new or have been updated with new carpeting, modern switches and furniture. The location really cannot be beat. This home is a true, flat, lakefront property (nothing in between the house and lake except the yard). It is considered in The Village, which means you can walk everywhere. No worries about drinking and driving. With so many shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues (such as The Bowling Barn, Movie Theater, and Arcade) within walking distance, this home really is perfect for your group of all ages.

Please be aware, we have security cameras on the outside of the house in case there are incidences, but none on the inside to respect your privacy. We do not actively monitor these cameras, and only look at the footage when issues arise. Thanks for looking, and let us know if you have any questions!
