Avis pour Naughty Pine Cain By Destination Big Bear: Walking Distance to Bear Mountain, Golf Course and Zoo! Pool Table! EV Charger!
Thermostat was locked so it was cold. I think they have now fixed the problem. Locking network channels on tv was disappointing and theboool table is pretty shoddy. Location is excellent for Bear. An easy walk. The place could definitely use a makeover
We really enjoyed this townhome and would come back without hesitation. Our last two Big Bear trips have been in a Destination Big Bear property and weâve loved the care we receive by the management team. The home itself was perfect size for our family of four. The pool table was a great source of entertainment for us and the kids. There were a couple of issues we ran into though: 1) parking â the property lists the adjacent driveway as belonging to the home. However another car was parked there when we arrived our first night. Our neighbor (an owner) insisted that the parking spots were open to everyone. Everywhere we looked online said you must park in your dedicated parking spots, though. We cautiously parked elsewhere but were nervous our car would be towed. Destination Big Bear came over, tried to find the driver to move, and confirmed the spot belonged to our unit but the neighbors yelled saying he was wrong. Our property manager was prepared to have the vehicle towed but we requested they didnât, and instead he left a note on the car saying it would be towed the next day if still there. The team confirmed the driveway was listed on the deed, but there is clearly confusion among the HOA. I believe the team now has plans to put a private parking sign up and hopefully the next door neighbor relaxes. 2) tennis court â the listing shows photos of the tennis court, which we understood to mean it was available to us. Apparently guests are not allowed to use, though
