Welcome to your mountain escape! This privately owned, fully equipped two-story townhome is perfectly situated at the base of Snow Summit Mountain Resort—just a short walk to Chair Lift #4. Whether you’re skiing or snowboarding in winter or exploring Big Bear’s hiking trails, lake activities, and charming village in the warmer months, this home is your perfect year-round basecamp. After a day of fun, unwind in your own private spa to soothe tired muscles.

Step outside to enjoy peaceful hikes through the San Bernardino National Forest, strolls in Big Bear Village, or a day at the lake during spring, summer, and fall. Nearby you’ll find golf courses, spas, outdoor concerts, live theater, dining, shopping, and nightlife—all just minutes away.

Great location! We would stay again. We were at Snow Summit for a downhill mountain bike event and you couldn’t get any closer to the mountain. The Town Trail was out the back door. The condo is rustic and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. We all slept well. The host was responsive and friendly.
