The property hosts claimed to have 3 of them available to chat if there were any problems. No one could respond fast enough. Our 2 bdrm cabin had no heat in 1 room. The WiFi never worked at all which meant no tv at all. The hot tub panel in the main room kept falling off which allowed cold air to flow in, while 2 small pieces of wood sat by the fireplace. The heater in the room worked but the remote batteries were dead. And the bathroom was frozen when we arrived because there’s a door to the outside, but the door to the room had been closed:/So we stayed out most of the 1 day we were there. Luckily there was no snow, or we might have actually froze.

Not evenly remotely clean. I had to clean the table with a paper towel, there was food and wine stains on it as soon as we arrived. No towels were provided initially. The property was very cold inside when we arrived because a window was open in the bathroom that we had to climb on top of a chair to close. Only one cup provided so we had to go buy them and we bought our own paper towels and toilet paper. The first night I noticed the floors were very dirty so I wore socks most of the time and the shower leaks heavily so one of the few towels they provided we had to use to soak up water when using the shower daily. Would not recommend.

Never Again

“Sleeps Six” only if you have three couples. Three beds, no pull out, nothing. Having friends & teen kids didn’t work. The layout is HORRIBLE! The “hot tub” is in the room with two beds. It’s in a bedroom?! The shower broke while on & I had to fix. Poor communication, except for the reminders to “get out before 10:00am!!”

The cabin was not clean, there was a glass of milk from several days ago in the microwave, the second room does not have any type of heating and at night it was super cold, there were not enough blankets, the second room was so cold that my wife and I had to go to the second room

Freezing horrible communication

Has two room but heater only in one room. Second room way too cold to sleep in. No coffee maker. Had heater on 86 and got a little warm but insulation sucks. Had to buy own fire wood. Microwave didn’t work. Host very unresponsive didn’t message me at all regarding my concerns. Not happy at all. Will never stay there again.

Leaky-Bad village

Overall the stay was a disappointed, we arrived on time to check in, we find two leaky roof areas, one near the bathroom and another at the kitchen, it was a safety hazard. Contact and communication took a while, we werent given a new place until 3-4 hrs later, causing us to cancel some plans. They lied about not having extra rooms and after a while gave us rooms, smaller than the original rent.

Overall, this day was OK. It would have been nice to have firewood upon arrival and a few extra towels. The shower curtain was also put on wrong and it did get the floor very wet so we had to use wet towels we had to dry the floor. The toilet also has issues flushing. It takes several several minutes for it to fill back up to be able to flush again.

The closeness to everything was nice, and so was the hot tub. Only thing is the toilet didn’t have a flusher just a piece of string that broke off after using once. We had to take the back off to flush, not ideal. Other than that, great stay!
