This custom beauty features: Custom flooring, travertine, tile and custom lighting fixtures throughout the home. The 'Great Room,' features a fully stocked Chef's kitchen with everything you will need to cook, bake, BBQ & entertain! A beautiful kitchen island with separate sink, 6 barstools, dishwasher, separate BAR with 4 custom saddle barstools, TV, an additional fridge & many bar utensils. There's a dining room table that seats 10 very comfortably for your family/friend gatherings. We've added a new New Keurig machine with coffee pods as a warm welcome. The 'Great Room,' also features a pool table, foosball table, 70 inch smart TV, custom rock fireplace (gas switch operated) and plenty of games for the whole family to enjoy!

THE GREAT ROOM - accessible through front door (2nd level)
The 'Great Room,' includes the family room, kitchen, bar and dining room with an open floor-plan so that big family/friend gatherings can take place. You can have some folks watching Netflix on the 70 in TV while others are watching the game at the 'saddle up,' bar! Enjoy the beauty of the custom rock fireplace, 12 floor to ceiling windows for watching the snow fall! The 'Great Room,' is featured on the first floor, accessible through the front door. The 2 bedrooms (King bed & Queen bed), are located on this level with a full bathroom including shower for those 2 bedrooms to share. All rooms feature extra tall doors & high ceilings which give this home a very open & upgraded style.

MASTER BEDROOM - 2nd level
The upstairs master bedroom is private, spacious & includes a King bed, private deck, remote controlled fireplace, TV, jet tub and rain shower fixtures, along with a walk-in closet which can be used to accommodate several suitcases & hanging space PLUS we've converted this HUGE closet into a kid's room. The kid's room features a full sized crib, changing table and twin bunk beds to accommodate 3 children total. Perfect for a family travling with young children to keep them close to their sleeping quarters. There's also enough room for a blow up mattress, if needed (queen blow-up mattress provided).

FAMILY FRIENDLY
A very FAMILY FRIENDLY home with everything the kids will need including a pool table, foosball, board games, toys, books, corn hole, sleds, basketball hoop (driveway) and a great spot for sledding right outside the home! We also include cutlery for children, a high chair, bibs, utensils, & a kids room with full crib, toddler bunk bed and a changing table. Anything additional needed to make your stay more comfortable may be provided upon request.

PARKING & BOAT ACCESS
This custom beauty features a large driveway to accommodate 2 cars plus an over-sized garage to fit 2 cars - includes use of garage door opener.

HOT TUB & DECK
Jetted Hot Tub (accommodates 4), located on the back deck, outdoor BBQ and 2 tables with 4 chairs each (outdoor seating for 8 total). 180 degree wrap around deck with beautiful mountain views and mother nature's animals & sounds to enjoy!

Fire sprinkler system, central AC system and energy efficient central heating system. Includes an ADT alarm system & updated fire alarm & CO2 systems.

PETS
Upon request with an additional $150 non refundable fee. Please inquire with number of animals & size etc. 2 dogs Maximum.

4) 2 NEW twin-over-full bunk-beds with attached ladder, basement level and across the hall from a full bathroom with stand up shower (sleeps 6)
