Two Rivers Retreat sits along the banks of the Middle Fork River in Big Sky, Montana. This 4 bedroom, three-story Western-style home offers a perfect blend of comfort and rustic charm. This property boasts a stunning backdrop of nature and is designed to be a haven for both you and your furry friends. This home is dog friendly, up to 2 dogs. Please note, there is not a fenced yard.
Adorned with a large back deck, complete with a private hot tub, where you can soak and unwind while enjoying breathtaking views of the river sounds of the gentle rapids that flow. During the summer months, the river access becomes a focal point with a small fire pit and comfortable chairs, creating an inviting space for relaxation and socializing.
Upon entering the home, a practical mudroom welcomes you and your ski gear. The heart of the house lies in the large kitchen, boasting a center island with bar seating for three, new stainless steel appliances, and a wood stove that adds warmth and character. The adjacent formal dining area accommodates eight guests, providing an elegant setting for gatherings.
The main level living area offers a cozy space with access to the outdoor porch and stairs leading down to the river. Two bedrooms on this level share a generously sized bathroom. The upper level loft features a spacious king bed, a well-appointed bathroom with a corner soaking tub and standing shower, and two twin sleeper sofas. Additionally, a dedicated workspace caters to those who need a quiet area for remote work or creative endeavors.
Descending to the lower level, you can find a second living area, a convenient wet bar, and a second cozy dining area. The laundry room, a full bathroom and a fourth bedroom provide additional comfort. Patio access from this level leads to the private hot tub, creating an intimate and soothing space to enjoy the crisp mountain air.
