* Guests must be at least 25 years old to book
* Rental agreement and guest registration form required at time of booking
* Photo ID required prior to check-in
* No smoking, parties, or events permitted
* Free high-speed Wi-Fi
* Exterior security cameras in use (no interior recording)
* Bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels provided
* Starter supply of soaps, trash bags, dish pods, laundry pods, and paper goods included
HOUSE RULES:
· Check-in time: 4:00PM
· Check-out time: 10:00 am
· Maximum Occupancy - 2 Guests
· No Smoking
· Pets are NOT Permitted
· No Parties or Events
· Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am
· Do Not Move Furniture
· Please Rinse Sandy Clothing or Items
· No Parking on the Grass or Curbs
· Boats, Trailers, & RVs Not Permitted
· Trash: Please put all trash (bagged) in the dumpsters located throughout the property.

POOL RULES:
· Hours: 8am to 10pm
· Swimming is AT YOUR OWN RISK
· Guests & Residents ONLY
· Children under 16 are not allowed without an adult
· NO GLASS of any kind is permitted
· Babies and all non-potty trained children MUST wear swim diapers while in the pool
