The room was very clean and mostly recently updated. But the main hotel needs to be updated big time.

Was woke up at 1:00 am by front desk trying to come in to see if room was vacant when our stay didn’t end til next day. They tried twice to get in til we got up and ask what they where trying to do. We have kids and it traumatized them.

It was terrible went to the room. It was in bad condition not clean. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom went to the front desk and they said that there was no toilet paper we had to use napkins tub wouldn’t drain middle of the night. the shade fell out of the window. Do not recommend this at all.

The staff deserve 5 stars hands down. The professionalism and kindness was incomparable in fact. The room itself left a lot to be desired. I won't illustrate it in this post because I didn't make my needs aware to the staff. However, the room given to my family and I craved TLC.

Room was nothing like the picture in the add, it was dirty and musty smelling. The hallways stunk. I wouldn’t stay here again. Just looked like someone gave it a cheap remodel

The rooms appeared clean for the most part. The hotel reeked of weed the entire time. There was a block party in the parking lot… grills going, weed smoke rolling and music blaring into the night. The pool door to the patio was litterally hanging off the brackets and halfway propped against a door. No towels in pool area, gym or our room. We had to ask for towels, pillows and toilet paper in our room. As we checked out the next day a lady was focused on sharing a story about someone getting their a%# beat. They didn’t mind cursing in front of customers. It’s probably the most disappointing stay that we have had in the area.

First thing they cancel my reservation without me telling them. I had to sit like 30 mins to make new reservations. The room had an old smell to it. The phone didn’t work and some of the plugins didn’t work, also the air condition had mold in it. It was terrible I dont recommend anyone to stay here
