For the price it was horrible. I picked this hotel because i wanted a indoor pool so my elderly mother could swim. We checked in and we walked pass the pool that looked nice but was informed it was not heated. They were waiting on a part. The room was okay but the shower curtain was dirty and the bath tub floor was slippery. We spent the next day out of the room and when we returned the room was not serviced. When I questioned this they said we had to ask for that as well as new towels. Was a very disappointing stay.

Great staff, but underwhelming room quality/design and overall cleanliness. Foodservices in the complimentary breakfast wasn’t great (under temp, dried out proteins, only one yogurt option if you decide to forgo the main breakfast options).
