We had to pay for a room twice. We booked through Expedia and asked to change the check in/check out date. An Expedia agent said that they confirmed the change with the property. Once we got there, the property said that they did not see the change in their system, so in order to get the change, we had to book a new reservation and therefore we had to pay for the same rooms twice. I would not book through Expedia again and would instead book through the property in order to assure that a change in booking goes through smoothly and completely.

The property isn’t fancy, but perfect for a quick weekend trip. The staff was extremely friendly and everything was clean and as advertised. We will definitely stay again next time we’re in town for a concert.

Overall good!
It was overall good. I liked that there was large bottles of shampoo,conditioner,lotion etc. Bed was comfortable. The only thing that I can say is there should be more hand towels for us to use. Thank you

The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. My only complaint was the difficulty in accessing the parking lot, which was behind the hotel. I would definitely stay here again location is ideal.
