Hard Rock was more than accommodating. Since Travelocity did not finish the booking and they had no record of our reservation. They not only gave us a room at the rate listed they upgraded our room.

The parking was great. The restaurants was ever where to eat. My family walked around in the area safe. For the first time visit I enjoyed everything and will return. Thanks Hardrock casinos.

Got a great deal on one of the Platinum towers. Loved the panoramic view. Minor things were noticed but no big deal. The biggest issue was the tv. It would play for a few minutes, then blackout. We called the front desk to report it. They said they would send maintenance, but we never saw anyone. Considering the deal we got I wasn’t going to argue too much over it; and we were just going to watch it for an hour or so anyway. On a side note, the lady at player services was very nice, friendly, and helpful.

Close easy parking had a quick and easy check in. Could use a chair in the room other than the bar stools. Took water in shower in upwards of 5 minutes to get hot
