#1: It started with the clerk would not let me check in unless I paid another $50 because I was 30 minutes early. I do understand check in policy, but you all do not know, it depends who is working because I stayed there several times before and was able to check in more than 30 minutes earlier. #2: That place was like a dog park the whole time. Everyone staying there had dogs. Dogs running up and down the hallways. We could not sleep at night because they would leave there dogs in the room barking. #3: The beds were absolutely just so uncomfortable. Usually I would sleep on the sofa, but I was afraid dogs were laying all over the sofa. I have terrible allergies, not to mention, my allergies were set off because of the dog park. #4: The shower had a leak. Not sure if it was coming from underneath the door frame or the glass frame. All I know is you would have a flood outside the shower once you are done. That was my last time staying there.

Hotel was ok. Attending staff was very good. Breakfast was good with many healthy varieties and a staff member was in attendance and mingled kindly with guests while tending to the food serving areas. I noticed many guests with animals. I am an animal lover as are many but tighter controls need to be established and enforced for the cleanliness and benefit of all guests Thank you! Overall a good experience

Very outdated hotel. Breakfast taste like hospital or prison food. The lady at the front desk was nice the view from the room was nice but that’s it beds are hard very little water pressure. When getting to the hotel be careful as it’s hard to find the turn in from 90. For its name and location the price paid was so not worth it. Casino hotels are better and cheaper.
