Cleaning service was good. Def a kid oriented place. Most nights there were yelling, screaming, and crying kids in surrounding rooms, which was a bit aggravating. They would go in and out of the rooms constantly, letting the doors slam every time. Thankfully this tapered off between 11-12 PM.

I really liked the property and that the check-in counter wasn't on the first floor. I loved the arcade area and the rooftop water area. Staff are lovely, even with how busy everything is. The bed is lovely, shower worked great, and the AC was great. Balcony area was a bit bare but still nice to sit outside and enjoy the view of the water.

Room was not even cleaned on arrival. Only one towel in room and no face towels. Pepperoni on ground in bathroom. Dust everywhere. Very disappointed.

Family friendly resort. Grandchildren enjoyed the pool and slides on the 5th floor. Could use more umbrellas. Our room was on the 12th floor connecting to the party patio which was a very nice surprise. We stayed the week after the 4th of July so it seemed that attendance was not at full capacity which allowed us to have the patio to ourselves. The amusement park was very clean as well as the resort. Our six year old granddaughter had a blast and rode several rides by herself. They did not wait for other riders to come to fill the ride. It was like having the entire park to yourself. Would highly recommend the stay. We used a site that compares several sites for discounted rates. We saved over $300 from the resort cost and they would not honor their price so we canceled with the resort and booked through Expedia.

We had only DECAF coffee the morning we woke up! I had to get dressed and go to the front desk and he didn’t care. There are no luggage carts inside the hotel, You have to go way out in the garage for them. It’s hot in the halls and esp elevators. The guy didn’t explain anything upon check in and talked super low. The place is LOUD!! Kids playing & yelling down the halls all night and day! And the bed was so uncomfortable- lumpy! & The AC blows directly on your heads in bed, no where else! Positives: super fun for kids! And it’s a cool property!

It’s not like it used to be; service was terrible. Never had a server show to take our order so we DoorDashed. There was not enough blankets, even in inventory to give us. The phone in the room did not work. And during checkout, the room cleaner people entered around 9 am while we were still in the room. Our 2nd room we had was cleaned before 10 am; we hadn’t even checked out yet. Some refunds like hotel fees were told to us by the manager that we’d be refunded; but that hasn’t happened either or yet. Good luck. Def not what it used to be.

The only thing we enjoyed this trip was the does eat place steakhouse. Other than that the room was not clean and overall areas in the resort are not clean either.

The atmosphere was awesome our stay was very nice. My son totally enjoyed it, he would love to come back next year. Although I don't like the fact that there'are no microwaves in the hotel rooms but other than that it was very nice.

I liked the huge arcade and the amusement park on site along with water park I didn't like that the family rooms had no microwave and the bathrooms had no air conditioning..the kids had a blast would definitely recommend
