The continental breakfast didnt have anytime for diabetics. The bed were horrible, the pillows were horrible. Loud music played at the pool when it was sleep time. Was on vacation didnt get any rest at all

This motel is definitely on the wrong side of the tracks. Was told by the locals to not make reservations anywhere on Highway 49. These motels are the type that people live at, like their department of social services pays to put up the unsheltered population in these motels. Aside from that, the woman at the check in window was super rude. The entire property smells of marijuana which is fine I don’t judge anyone who uses substances, I work in the addiction field, but it’s also not what you want your children to smell. Don’t even get me started on how dirty the room was. There was stains, hair, and burn holes in the bedding, literal smears of what I would assume food on the walls. The floors turn your socks black, there was mold throughout the entire bathroom. No clean towels. The bath tub was covered in dirt and soap scum. The bathroom floor around the toilet looked as if it hasn’t been cleaned in years, and there was 2 inch thick dust on top of all the doors. The pool, was not only never opened after being advertised that it was open 9a to 9p, but the water was cloudy and green, and it looked slimy. After being on flights for over 13 hours, checking in at 4am and getting 2 hours of sleep we were woken up at 6am by screaming children running around outside our door. And we witnessed a domestic dispute. I was charged a $50 deposit for why? The place was disgusting, and already ruined, and I was told sorry no refund. Beware. Do not stay here.

Desk clerk was friendly and courteous. However, this was the mist disgusting room in a hotel I have ever encountered. Every aspect of the room was horrible! Bed linens were filthy, 2 towels in the room and both were dirty. Bathroom was unclean, and looked as if there was blood on the walls. The floor was dirty and there were stains that looked as if an animal had pooped on the floor. The microwave was dirty and the door had a chain but no place to latch the door. This room was almost as if someone had been staying in that room and had left the room. The hotel also charges a $50.00 fee upon check in. The clerk ( who was friendly) even asked if I wanted to switch rooms!!! I told her NO that my son and I were not staying in any room at this hotel. She refunded the $50.00 deposit. I will contact Expedia since that was whom I booked initially. Rooms look absolutely nothing like the pictures on the internet! Do not even think about staying here!

The front desk clerk was nice. However, the room was awful! The toilet was dirty, hair in the bed and a dead bug on the pillow. I used a third party to book and the property cannot give a refund. I was told to contact Expedia. I log into Expedia to request a refund and all communications direct me back to the property. Therefore, I have paid for a room that I was not able access.

The management was unprofessional, told me a lie that the pool was gonna be opened , after I paid they closed it down due to cleaning which I had asked already before paying! Then I confronted him about the situation immediately when I found out about the pool , he said give it 2 hours to be opened back up , asked again after 2 hours he told me 7 , moral of the story the pool never opened I asked for my refund he told me no . I Asked for corporate number he said find out myself very nasty mouth and phone call recorded as well .

The sheets were so nasty. Burn holes in non smoking rooms, hair and even an ass crack stain. We saw 3 different rooms and all were gross. We didn’t stay and luckily had insurance so we got our money back.
