Upon arrival, the hotel said I was already checked in, verified my ID for my name and gave me a key. The room was already occupied when we opened the room door, causing the two adult occupants to get very upset. It was approximately 9pm. They were very startled and started screaming. I went to the front desk to report what happened and was given another room. A short time later the front desk called my room to say one of the occupants in the other room had the same name as me and they only had one reservation under that name. I was told they assumed we were the same individual and had released one of the rooms held. It was a very unnerving experience considering how it escalated quickly when we opened the room door. Staff did not seem concerned for either of our safety in this situation.

I have stayed at the hotel a few times now. The place is clean but a little disorganized due to remodeling. I did see that they added one new attachment for the cable machine, they need a few more such as a curl bar, V-Bar and rope. Aside from that, it's a good place to stay while you are in the Trussville area.

Great stay!!!
Great pit stop!!! Close to many things. Decor is pretty cool because of proximity to Barber Vintage Motorsports. Friendly staff, comfy bed. Clean, quiet and great water pressure and temp.
