The space
Get ready for a vacation filled with fun, relaxation, and gorgeous mountain views! Start your day with birdsong and a dip in the private seasonal pool (open in summer) , or enjoy a soothing soak in the year-round hot tub. The cozy living room, with its fireplace and comfy seating, is perfect for family and friend hangouts.

Seasonal Update:
The pool is available seasonally, typically opening in the spring and remaining open through the warmer months. Pool operations may vary depending on weather and temperatures, and the pool will close for the season as colder weather arrives.

Pool Liner Notice: Please note that there is a small tear in one corner of the pool liner. The area is regularly monitored and patched by our maintenance team to keep the pool fully functional and enjoyable for guests. The pool remains operational, although you may notice a visible patch in this area. A full liner replacement is planned after the pool season, as the pool must be completely drained for the replacement. We appreciate your understanding.

Game Time! Head to the basement game room for some epic fun - featuring a pool table, ping pong, foosball, retro arcade games, and board games.

Guest access
Guests will enjoy full, private access to the entire home, ensuring a relaxed and personalized experience. Entry is convenient through a smart lock, with the code provided before check-in day. Explore every area at your leisure, from the cozy living room and well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms, and outdoor spaces. On-site parking is available, making it easy for those traveling by car. Our home is thoughtfully designed to offer you both freedom and comfort throughout your stay.

Other things to note
- This home is currently for sale, and there may be occasional showings during your stay. If you’re able to accommodate, it would mean so much to us. We’ll always provide advance notice and do our best to minimize disruption.

Enjoy year-round relaxation in the hot tub, and take a dip in the private pool during the summer months (Pool Season: Please note that the pool will be closed for the season beginning the first week of September. Guests booking stays after this period should be aware that the pool will not be available.)! We welcome up to two pets per stay, with an additional fee of $150 per pet. For your safety, we’ve installed two exterior security cameras - one at the front and another at the rear of the house. Please respect our neighborhood noise curfew of 10:30 p.m.

Our home is meticulously maintained and welcoming, and we ask that guests kindly follow our house rules. We're here to make your stay exceptional, so don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions. Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available upon request, depending on availability.

1 bedroom is in the basement. It is high ceiling and sleeps 6-8. There is also lots of space with a couch, pool table, and other games. So it isn’t cramped at all.


Parking and Vehicles :

Parking Policy: To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, please note that only a maximum of four (4) cars are allowed per town ordinance. Any additional vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense. We also kindly ask that you do not block any neighbors' driveways to maintain good relationships in our community.
