THOUGHTFULLY DESIGNED THREE-LEVEL LAYOUT
Upper Level: A loft-style primary suite with a king bed and an en-suite bath featuring a jacuzzi tub & shower. While this floor is open-concept, it offers complete privacy as the only room on the level.

Main Level: An inviting open floor plan with a modern kitchen (island seating for three), a dining area, and a cozy living space with a stone wood-burning fireplace. French doors lead to a beautifully furnished covered patio—an extension of your living space, perfect for sipping morning coffee or evening wine.

Lower Level: A spacious open-concept retreat with a queen bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and a lounge area with a 58" TV. French doors open onto a second private patio, featuring a luxury hot tub, an open-air deck, and a scenic pathway leading into the woods.

Retractable floor-to-ceiling sound shades on each level for increased privacy.
