Located just 5 minutes from downtown Black Mountain and 20 minutes from Asheville, this warm and contemporary retreat strikes the perfect balance between a serene mountain escape and an exciting jumping-off point for exploring Western North Carolina!

We visited Black Mountain for a couple's getaway and it did not disappoint! Our place was fabulous with a phenomenal view. It was spacious and clean. The location was perfect, minutes from the town center. We would love to come back!!

The home has an amazing view, with a comfortable living room including a great gas fireplace, plenty of comfortable seating, a great deck and a hot tub. The location is amazing and the entire house is very clean. The bedrooms are more comparable to that of a three star hotel. There is not central Air. As a frequent renter, I would want to know ahead of time that the bedrooms/bathrooms are not Luxury. That being said, we had a fabulous time and loved all of the common areas.

Private with amazing views on 2 levels.

We thoroughly enjoyed this property! We ended up not cooking but the kitchen was well supplied. Overlook is an accurate name for this house as the entirety of Black Mountain can be seen from the deck.
