Another fantastic stay
Another excellent stay. Lovely hotel, very clean. Comfortable beds and warm rooms (with thermostat that can be adjusted). Powerful shower in bathroom. All staff very friendly and very helpful. Shout out to the gentleman on the reception in the afternoon for checking us is and sorting a taxi for us and big shout out to Hassan (I think) the evening receptionist who sorted our drinks and kept us laughing a lovely gentleman and a great asset to the hotel.

Hotels in Clitheroe were full the night we wanted to stop away, so we tried the hotel at short notice, we were pleasantly surprised. The greeting was friendly at reception and the food in the restaurant was first class, will definitely be back

Lovely hotel, spotless and wonderful food (festive menu & breakfast). Staff very friendly. Only minor negative was the room was very hot overnight making it difficult to sleep, even though it was winter & radiator was turned off. However, highly recommended.

Reception very helpful and welcoming, nice room with good amenities. What was not so good was the service waiting a long time for my main meal but when the food it was very good, which I found puzzling because there was maximum of nine people in the restaurant! Breakfast asked for coffee but brought tea
