It was lovely stay nice and clean rooms bit old fashioned but clean which is main thing staff very friendly all inclusive was good but maybe could include Malibu ?? Swimming pools were good nice area overall could not fault it

Lovely, friendly hotel. Entertainment is spot on. Breakfast is fab, evening meal ok. Would have preferred AI but did not have the option when I booked. My 2 year old grandson loved the kids club. Rooms a bit dated but absolutely fine. Will definitely return soon

A Great break away!

Excellent stay in a budget. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My 6yr old and I enjoyed our time thoroughly and even added an extra night onto our stay. I highly recommend.

Welcoming reception area. Lift very small. Room nice & clean, decent shower pressure. Stayed HB & both breakfast & evening meal were to a good standard. Would definitely visit again. Parking was a bit of a struggle but managed to find a space couple of streets away. Tram stop outside so very handy.

The hotel has a great sea front position. We had a large triple room with a large bathroom unfortunately very overlooked and not a good view. Free parking right outside the hotel if you are one of the lucky few to get one. Friday night main meal selection wasn't good , we had to settle for a salad which we didn't really want and had to purchase more food from the bar even though we were on " all inclusive" Breakfast was ok but lots of people left the sausage on the plate as did my partner so obviously not the best quality. Bed was comfy and tram stop opposite so easy to get around as it is quite a walk to get to the main shopping and entertainment area.

Fab stay, food gorgeous, pool is fab only tried indoor but there's an outdoor too. Great entertainment for both kids and adults, team right outside and free parking. Definitely booking again on a few months

What we liked was the downstairs well decorated and breakfast, but that's it, what we didn't like, staff member who checked us in didn't explain anything to us really, first floor up very tired carpets decor etc floor boards noisy, room was small, all inclusive is a con especially if for a one night booking, outside pool drinks you have to pay all inclusive ends at 10pm so if your enjoying the entertainment which is unlikely you will have to pay for drinks,our son who was all inclusive had to pay for Fanta, really? They cost nothing to supply, crisps snacks etc yep you pay for it ice creams same, pool itself needs a lot of work, inside pool toilets disgusting all other toilets smelly and smell travels 15 metres up the corridor, included evening menu for us wasn't good also sat a long time at evening and breakfast without anyone so much as acknowledging we were there. Paid a lot of money for one night wouldn't return,

Great hotel, great staff but mattress not comfy.

My friend and i stayed with the All inclusive package. I feel was great value for money, i enjoyed all the meals as they were to my tastes. The staff are very helpful and polite. The rooms decor and furnishings are outdated and the mattresses were far to springy and soft for both out comfort. Overall, It is a 3 star hotel so you get what you pay for feel it is worth the money.
