Room was clean; no hair dryer; only had one wash cloth - had to go to front desk for more; TV was only internet driven and did not have traditional cable tv. It did not work even with front desk help; room only has 1/2 roll of toilet paper - no extra roll; breakfast biscuits could not be cut with a plastic knife offered for use - bottom of biscuit was very hard front sitting in heated server; very noisy in the room all night long from other adjacent room occupants.

I where to be found. Desk staff did best they could. Checked out day early due to no power. Demanded refund early check out

Power went out. Not a big deal but no backup generator. So rooms were just far when sun went down. Hallways dark. Free breakfast had to be skipped . From all of this no discount no let’s bring in coffee and bagels for these folks just meh. Could have been an OK experience if power never went out but they put the problem all on the customer.

Terrible.

Front desk manager left the person she was training half way through the check in. First the key didnt work. I went to the front seat any they corrected the key but had written the wrong room number on the key slip. The front seat gave us the wrong room number and a key so when I opened the door it was already occupied. There were men’s dirty foot prints already on the floor towel. I was not in the room with a man. There was also what looked like curly short hair on the floor that was not any or mine or my kids.

Just ok.

This was my first time staying in this hotel in this area. The first room had a broken towel bar and had not been cleaned. I did ask to me moved and they accommodated my request without question. The hotel is clearly going through a remodel. My second room was better but it could improved upon. My bed was comfortable and the view was of a country hillside. It was quiet but I don't think there were that many quests. The breakfast was ok, OJ watered down to the point it was terrible as was the waffle batter. I did try the a few items but chose to leave early and get breakfast elswhere. I have stayed in worse and better locations. I appreciated the friendliness from the young lady working the front desk. There aren't too many places to eat without getting back on the highway. It was a short distance to some restaurants but after a long drive, I was hoping for something closer.

Basic hotel for affordable price. No frills but you do get breakfast. Bed was comfortable and room clean. Hotel probably understaffed; one poor woman there checked us in after 10 pm after having on leave desk lugging heavy boxes of equipment around, then came back in early to work the morning shift.
