470 m2 outdoor area with private pool (5x4m), built-in barbecue, covered porch and terrace with mountain views. Parking.



Interior area of 150 m2 with a dining room with fireplace and TV on the ground floor and a large living room with sofa bed upstairs. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking such as: cutlery, pans, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, oven and washing machine.



It consists of 2 double rooms (140x200cm), 1 twin room (90x200cm), 2 single rooms (90x190cm), 2 bathrooms with shower.



Free Wifi.



Optional heating with supplement: 50 €/week.

Regulations and special security for young people:



A cash deposit of 150 €/person per house and 75 €/person per apartment must be paid. This will be returned one week after the client's departure when it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. Celebration and making noise after 22:00 are totally prohibited. In the event of a breach of any of these premises, the customer must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.
