Apartment Sylvia has a capacity for 4 people. It is located in Blanes just 20 metres from the beach.

The apartment has centralised air conditioning and free WiFi service in the accommodation.



It is located in an area that is very well connected, very close to all services.



The apartment is distributed as follows.

- living-dining room

- fully equipped kitchen

- 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed

- balcony with side sea views

- 1 bathroom with shower.



You cannot miss in summer, one of the most anticipated events on the Costa Brava, which is the International Fireworks Competition in Blanes lasting 5 nights.

Every year, thousands of people gather on the beach to enjoy this magnificent spectacle.



It is an excellent option for spending some magnificent holidays.



The accommodation does NOT have a parking space.



Different parking options depending on availability:

- Free public parking about 210 metres from the apartment

- Paid public parking about 550 metres away.



Persons on the property:

· The house is rented in its entirety for the exclusive use of guests.

· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children.

· The property can only accommodate the number of people in the booking and there cannot be more people staying/visiting at the same time on the property.



Check-in:

· The minimum age for booking and check-in is 25 years old.

· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted.



. The key collection is carried out in our office from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM

- Option of direct key delivery at the accommodation. Must be requested 48h00 in advance before the check-in day.

Cost for direct entry: 20 euros

*Please note that there may be a delay at the time of key delivery at the accommodation, due to causes beyond Vivalidays' control.



Late arrival:

· Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price €50 per booking (payment upon arrival)

· Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per booking (payment upon arrival)

· Out of hours check-in option with safety box in the office at no cost.



· Failure to arrive on the check-in day will result in no refund of the booking.



· Tourist tax payment mandatory: Price 1€ per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.



. Deposit of 300 euros. It will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection.

In the event of payment in cash, you must provide an IBAN number for its return by bank transfer.



- No refund or economic compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow its management in the shortest possible time.



Cleaning:

. The house must be properly tidied up, dishes cleaned, and rubbish deposited in the street bins before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.



IMPORTANT:

In properties that accept pets, owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.



Beach towels are not provided.



Keys:

· Loss of property keys: Price 100€ per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.

· Keys forgotten inside the or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmithsmith: opening Price according rate tosmith, will be charged on-site to the technician.



Rules:

· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.



· No parties or celebrations are allowed on the property.

In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours or the police being called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must leave the accommodation immediately.



· No pets are allowed.



· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.
