Excellent HOTEL

We came in for an event. We were able to check in early to freshen up and drop off luggage. The check in was seamless and the hotel was fairly new. It was in great shape, and extremely clean. Would definitely recommend.

Walking distance to ISU campus, CVS, Jimmy Johns, coffee shop, shopping etc. Clean hotel with indoor pool and workout facility. Nice lounge area with bar. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very nice. Check-in was easy.

Check-in process was subpar. Upon check-in I was informed the room I booked was not available because they were oversold. I was offered a different room which was not at all ideal. I explained that I booked this room several months ago and at the time rooms were available. They said they was nothing they could do. I stated it was unacceptable. I would like the room booked. The employee was upset but miraculously the room I booked was available after a few keystrokes.

Excellent location in center of town

Staff went out of their way to help out without being asked. Overall, everyone was friendly. Facilities are excellent. Parking is convenient.

The hotel was exceptional and the staff was very friendly. My only issue was that I reserved a king size bed and was given a double. There was no way for the change to be made as I originally requested. Other than that I’d recommend the hotel and would stay there again. Thank you

Very nice location. Beautiful hotel & nice staff. Only 2 recommendations: 1) Needed more staff to check-in guests on graduation day at college university, that had staggered graduation ceremonies all day. 2) Bonvoy information about hotel amenities on TV wasn't very detailed on dining options. My suggestion is to provide a hotel guide in the room like most hotels provide to guests. It's easier to access than scrolling through many TV screens to find needed information.

Close to campus and comfortable

Comfortable room. Couple of little things. No wastebasket in the bathroom, they didn’t replace the coffee cups and water glasses so I didn’t have a coffee in the room the second day. But the staff was friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable and there was a nice shower. It’s also great to be right on campus
