The floor is broken and warped, vinyl planks. Noisy and very dated. Bathroom was very poor shape as well. Neighbors had tv on all night and loud. Only slept 4 hours due to the hardness of the bed and noises.

Front desk was so kind and pleasant to work with. Room updated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast had varied and tasty Options. Common area could use a thorough vacuum but room well maintained.

Poor bathroom lighting.
Your bathroom mirror and lighting are terrible. At least add a ceiling light. Easy to do. Just tap into the exhaust fan in the ceiling.

Fire alarm went off every time someone made a waffle at breakfast, terrifying my daughter and causing the whole family to flee the hotel thinking it was on fire. This happened twice in an hour. Breakfast room was not large enough for the guests. Living room layout was awkward with the TV hard to see from the couch.

Place was very clean, only problem was it was too dark in the room. No lighting near the workstation desk in the room - very dark Also paid for 2 nights and upon returning someone from the hotel had been in the room ( and my key did not work)
