Great hotel and staff. My only complaint would be that we had to each have our keys refreshed, but the staff accommodated us immediately. We asked for a first floor because of our little dog and they gave us the last available which was a suite. Super nice!

One of our regular hotels when visiting family. Excellent service, quiet, clean. Very nice breakfast. Our room/bathroom this time showed some areas that could use some repair or updating, but was not a problem for us.

Very nice stay. The person at the front desk was a great help. I had to call for directions as my goggle maps was sending us on a wild goose chase. She gave us great directions. Pleasant staff. Would stay here again.

Everything was great!! We were gone at volleyball all day and came back with food and relaxed in the lobby. We played cards and ate Chil Fil A. Room was cozy, lighting was yellow, which was a little weird, but clean and nice. Would definitely recommend.

Seemed to be an older building but clean. Bathroom had upgrades but some areas had peeling wallpaper no vent fan. Was nice to have in shower shampoo/ conditioner and body wash pumps! Older air-conditioner/ fan but functional. Nice to have a mini fridge and microwave in room. Beds were clean and comfortable.

Overall, NOT impressed!

First of all, we stayed in room 414 and it looked like someone had tried to jar the door open, previously. There were scrape marks on the side near the lock and it didn't even close tightly. There was a 1/2 give in the door jam. Secondly, the smoke alarm door was open and there was no battery in it. Lastly, my husband slipped while walking into the hot tub. He tried to catch himself with the safety rail but it was loose and he still fell (the concrete was very slippery.) The lobby was updated but the guest room decor felt "old" and worn. On the bright side, the beds were comfortable and all the linens were clean. Hotel needs a "face-lift"!
