Don, Let me first apologize for the experience with your shower. Over the past few weeks, we have received a few complaints regarding water pressure in showers. Originally, we suspected the problem to be in our shower heads, and we started replacing them. We recently discovered over the weekend of your stay with us, that the issue did not go away with new shower heads and we found that the responsible culprit was actually a water pressure pump in our mechanical room. It was something we could not fix quickly over the weekend, and would require time to gather the new parts and get on the schedule for repair. While I am happy we finally discovered the problem, I apologize it negatively affected your stay with us. We enjoyed having a full hotel for the Illinois football game and I'm glad you enjoyed the rest of your stay with us. I hope you will consider staying with us again in the future.
