Pool and hot tub area were great, especially for my kids. Breakfast was top notch and filling! Had very loud “neighbors” whose small children were up way past 11pm banging on the walls. Trash under the bed when we walked in. Beds are very soft.

The continental breakfast was excellent. The pool and hot tub were great. Beds were super soft to the point of sinking into them. There were wrappers under the bed when we walked in. Family to the left of us let their 2 toddlers bang on the walls until midnight which was unpleasant while trying to go to sleep. Parking lot was a bit too dark for my liking.

It’s a hotel that tries to look fancy buts not. Usually these kind of hotels are a mistake. This was clean comfortable. I had a little trouble at check in but no big deal. Probably the only thing I didn’t like was the walls were too thin but everybody calmed down at 10. I slept really good. I’d stay again

The hotel was probably fine a few decades ago. However, it needs improvement. The rooms feel damp, but the air conditioner is incredibly loud. It kept me awake all night. The mattresses are not firm enough for two people to sleep on, you will roll towards the middle. The bathroom has been updated, but there is no ventilation at all.

Staff was great; friendly, cheerful, knowledgeable, willing to go above and beyond. The Chateau Hotel is not your cookie cutter chain, looks like a castle complete with cool details-hardware/furnishings/accessories/art/texture and color on walls. Breakfast included; nice variety and kept full and hot. Pool was a tad chilly at first, with an abundant number of chaises, and a hot tub. Workout room had a variety of equipment. The standard studio room was spacious—king size bed, sofa, desk, huge tv, ironing board. Liked the efficiency kitchen with its a full size fridge and an induction stovetop, plus a mini fridge and microwave in the bedroom/living area. Waterfall shower plus a handheld in the washroom, though it took a bit of effort to turn it on, and one tile on the shower floor was about quarter inch higher than the rest. Overall, a fantastic stay and will definitely stay again!

Worst hotel experience ever

Arrived to find out the room was not equipped for 5 guests as the booking indicated it was. Offered a roll away bed that never came and would not fit and allow any movement in the room. After being there for only a half hour I went to the desk clerk and told them it was not going to work for us and after her call to the manager (who was not onsite) they determined they were going to charge me for one night stay if we left after only a half hour of being there. The manager had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Long story short I had to dispute the charges with the credit card company to ensure we did not have to pay. NEVER would I stay there and will make sure to tell anyone that ever asks.
