The front desk and food service staff were wonderful. The location is fabulous, literally right next to the train and in the heart of downtown. Breakfast and rooftop bar were great. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the room. I never post bad reviews but I was disappointed. The floors in the room were just plain dirty. I would stay there again, but they need to improve the housekeeping. Other grounds in the hotel were spotless, it’s just the room.
