After a disappointing stay at our first hotel, where we encountered rudeness and even racism, we were in desperate need of a warm and welcoming environment. From the moment we arrived at Hotel Bleu Nuit, we were greeted with open arms and kindness that made us feel right at home. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Housekeeping, waitstaff, and management all displayed exceptional service, making us feel comfortable and safe throughout our entire visit. "This is a beautiful little hotel close by to the lovely Bitez beach. We had a relaxing couple of days here, and loved the decor, the pool and hotel. The owners were so helpful and kind, you can tell they really care about their guests having a great time. Thank you!"

"Not very clean in the bathrooms and kitchen, the mugs still had stains from the previous guests. There are some safety hazards, such as there were loose screws on the ladder up to the “bedroom”, and the ladder was wobbly. However, the breakfast was really bad; not only did it not have any flavour, but they even charge you if you ask for water (even though they said breakfast was fully included). The greenery around the property is very overgrown and not maintained, making it extremely difficult to walk around the property without being smacked in the face with branches and getting cut. The only good things I can say about this property is that the air conditioning works good and the pool is open 24 hours. "
