Honestly, you get what you pay for. I am still perplexed how this was an "airport" hotel. No coffee pots or ice buckets in the room. Had to go to the front desk to get both. No offer of maid service despite staying 2 nights, the TV wasn't working, and no one could fix it, and the bathtub was backed up for the two nights until the front desk person brought in a Maintenace Engineer to "snake" it out after my colleague used the garbage bucket to get the water out and pour it down the drain of the sink. Our carpet had stains on them. I will say again the front desk person that worked Saturday and Sunday nights was phenomenal and really worked hard to get these problems solved. Other than that, this hotel is a pass and should be avoided

Over all it wasnt a horrible but it wasnt good iether, for what it is, it is over priced. The bed we had sucked. They used alot of different air freshner scents that dont mix well. Staff was nice.

The property manager and staff was very rude to us. I would come in from work on a 16 hour shift walking into the building 10 o’clock at night in the front that would be asking me if I’m checking out there were question us about toilet paper towels, we are traveling nurses from Louisiana. They kick us at the hotel after we’ve been there three weeks stating that they never got a payment they charge both cards that I had on file and I only reserve The room with one car they kick us off the property very ugly to us. Very racist.

I liked that it was an affordable stay with an indoor pool decent breakfast. I didn't like extremely thin walls so you could hear the neighbors the cleanliness was average for inexpensive hotel.

The price for the stay was reasonable, however, they should include the pool key with the room keys, beings they advertise access to the indoor pool with your stay. You shouldn't have to make a special inquiry about pool access.

Staff was awesome. Room was clean but bathtub wasn't. Had to guess on working the tv. Some directions would be helpful. And maybe a sign on where the refrigerator and microwave were at.

Painful ajd underwhelming

The bed was rock hard, blankets were thin and felt like sandpaper. Can't even take a bath because theres a huge lip on the back of the tub making it painful to lay back. The bathroom ceiling had mold, and the ceiling materal was flacking off. The shower head was no higher then 5 feet tall. My husband and I both hsd to bent or kneel or take a shower.

Comfortable, clean room, convenient but creepy

Really difficult and annoying rules for that aren’t POSTED ANYWHERE or mentioned online when checking in, they don’t accept cash or cards from banks like Chime or Visa that have stores on them. I had a Sephora Visa that is an actual credit card, not a store card but they said it couldn’t be used. None of these rules are advertised anywhere. I ended up having to call a friend who could use their card. It was really embarrassing and upsetting to be turned away and treated like a scammer. This motel is comfortable and the little breakfast area is cute, I liked my stay but I did not like feeling like my daughter and I were going to need to find other accommodations on very short notice after 6 hours of driving. They do not care at all about the inconvenience and embarrassment they cause. I get the feeling the manager here really hates the people who may stay there and tries to turn them away. Kyle was fine but the aggression towards every card I have made me very uncomfortable. It’s almost like they were running a scam and wanted to make sure you didn’t bank with an institution that could refund you. There was something very strange about it and I had the check multiple times with my friend to make sure his card wasn’t charged again for no reason. I loved everything about Boise but you won’t see me here again.

It was Christmas Eve when we had to stop because of a storm and we were lucky to have some place to stay and they were wonderful they they treated as well and help this as much as they could because we weren't planning planning on staying we were planning on being home for Christmas
