Whenever I stay at a property, I’m sure to check that it is ADA accessible and also has clear access to a working elevator. I will even call the property and ask. This one listed an elevator, but what you must know is that you have to go down about Five steps to get to an elevator to go back up to each of the floors with rooms. There is zero wheelchair access to the elevators.
A bit noisy, location of room 103 was bad , I am 6’3 mirrors and shower were for handicapped individuals which I’m not, I had a dog? Other than that I was happy
First interaction walking into the hotel. The front desk guy is on the phone screaming. At someone down the phone to check a guest in gets off. The phone helps the guest starts helping me sees that I have a chime card and automatically tells me nope. Sorry you can't stay here. Your car. Doesn't work here even I have already paid. $345 to stay at this hotel. Now being told, I can't stay there because my card isn't authorized couldn't figure out any way else to get uh card for incidentals, and then tells me he'll refund my money and i'm still waiting
Cheaper rate since it's close to the airport, but has good sound-proofing and couldn't hear the planes nor the highway traffic. That surprised me and made me quite happy.
No protein provided for breakfast. Just cereal, yogurt and waffles. Coffee wasn't that good. But for the price I paid, I could overlook the inconvenience of picking up food/coffee further up the road along my route.
I had no hot water to shower in the morning and the hotel refused to refund me even though I had to go find another place to shower so I could go to work

For a quick 1 night stay passing through it was an okay place. The bed was not very comfortable (too springy) but the room was clean.
I happen to own a lodge so I understand when guests are upset and we try hard to give our guests the best customer service possible. I don't normally leave bad reviews but this visit was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel! We were into our 2nd morning and my daughter noticed a large pentagram lightly drawn on the wall with 666 written inside the drawing that we hadn't noticed until we turned on all the lights. I had my daughter and I pack all our items and we went to the front desk and I asked for a different room. The manager was contacted and I was told they would not change my room but I was free to go somewhere else but that I wasn't getting my money back. What the???..... I didn't ask for my money back...I asked to be moved to a different room. I was told they keep photos and videos before guests check in but that I couldn't see those videos/pictures...only my lawyer could. The manager told me there were no markings on the wall of our room before we checked in. In essence, I was accused of being a liar and they would not move us to a different room. Manager was rude while trying to act professional. I was going to try and stay but I just couldn't stay there with my daughter in that room so we ended up going to ESA which was wonderful! ESA told me if I had any problems they'd be happy to move me to a different room. Imagine that!
Contacted Super8 Corporate & requested my money back for the days we weren't there. Still no word from them.
After having a situation with a stay at this hotel, super eight in Boise, Idaho. I tried to contact the manager of the hotel. Just to be belittled, my character attacked and screamed at over the phone just to be hung up on I would never stay in this hotel again.
