The space

The apartment is very well-maintained and bright; it’s located on the 2nd floor and overlooks an alley in a restricted-traffic zone accessible only to residents and guests of the nearby private “Nigrisoli” hospital, so it is very quiet, and most importantly, there are no public establishments below that could disturb the peace, yet all amenities are available just 200 metres away: supermarket, bank, post office, hair salon, pizzeria, herbal shop, etc.

Inside the apartment, you’ll find books, guidebooks, and DVDs available for guests to read or watch using the TV’s DVD player. Linens and towels are provided.

Good location. Host was responsive cam3cover at fixed a/c remote that I had goofed up. Apartment is small but useable. Drawback it’s on 2nd floor ( which is really 3rd) with 38 steps and no elevator. Lot of work to bring heavy suitcases up and down. Good location, shot walk to attractions and restaurants

In questo appartamento c'è tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno x un soggiorno anche lungo a Bologna. In 15 minuti è possibile raggiungere le torri e in circa 20/25 minuti di bus si arriva alla stazione. Le fermate sono vicino alla struttura.
