Neues Apartment in exzellenter Lage.
Pros: Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr gut erreichbaren Viertel, von dem aus ganz Bozen fussläufig zu erreichen ist.
Cons: Ein Parkplatz wäre nützlich, ein Schrank im Schlafzimmer für Aufenthalte von mehreren Tagen ist sinnvoll, und die Ausstattung mit Geschirr etc. sollte zahlreicher sein.
