Featuring a terrace, all units have a lounge and dining room. There is also a kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. A microwave, refrigerator and stove are also offered, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine.

Beautiful property
We had a great fortnight here with our 14 and 12 year old. The property is spotlessly clean and an architectural work of art! The bedrooms are very comfortable and the kitchen / living space is very nice. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics you need. Could probably do with a few more bits and pieces (a jug, another serving bowl etc) but the full size fridge and freezer is a real asset. What makes Villa Blue special is the huge roof terrace and outside shower. The views are breath taking and we spent much of our time relaxing and reading up there. The pool is lovely - it's an adequate size and if you get it to yourselves it's a real bonus. A car is essential to explore the region and the private parking at Villa Blue is a great luxury. We explored much of the coastline and whilst the beaches lack golden sand, they make up for it with stunning, turquoise waters that are truly breathtaking. The property would benefit from some local information / leaflets on places to visit, local markets and restaurants as well as details of supermarkets as they varied hugely in their quality. Giuseppe and his family were very gracious hosts and very accommodating. We would definitely recommend this property.

Amazing view, modern comfort and brilliant location
The property is perfect for families, we spent two incredible weeks there with my family of four (daughters 6 and 4 years old). The house was clean, modern, very well equipped and on the top of everything the roof terrace gives a luxury experience. The swimming pool and its surrounding is also very nice perfect for playing, swimming and relaxing. Our host, Giuseppe was very helpful, always available and in case any problem appeared (actually there was not many) he solved it immediately. Thank you for your excellent hospitality, Giuseppe! The beach of Cittadella del Capo is just a 5 minutes drive and is nice, sandy, clear water and sometimes with exciting waves. It is a free beach, mainly local people are going there. Calabria is a genuine place to spend a long vacation there, and this property is the perfect base to discover it.

À refaire !
Villa très bien équipée avec une vue exceptionnelle située dans un petit village typique de la Calabre. Région un peu moins touristique que le sud calabrais mais de très beaux endroits, belles marinas, bons restaurants etc alentours. Attention peu de gens parlent anglais mais on s’en sort très bien ! Giuseppe est très disponible et riche de conseils ! Très bon accueil ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Super tolle Villa! Alles elektrisch und Modern. Gastgeber Giuseppe ist einfach super nett und Hilfsbereit. Sehr ruhige Gegend… und eine kleine Bucht am Meer ca. 5min zu Fuss oder mit Auto 1 min. da sehr steil 😀. Restaurants sind auch vorhanden. Für typische Regionale Essen ist es empfohlen in die Städte/Dörfer in den Hügel zu reisen. Bellvedere ist die nächste grössere Stadt/Dorf mit Strand (Miete) und (Free) sowie Restaurants. Einkaufen no Problem… Conad und Lidl in der Nähe. Lokale kleine Läden auch.

Die blaue Villa am Meer/ 5 Sterne für Giuseppe
Wir waren zwei Wochen in Giuseppes Villa in Kalabrien und es war toll!! Was bisher geschrieben wurde kann ich mehr als bestätigen. Giuseppe ist ein sehr aufmerksamer, zuvorkommender und dabei gleichzeitig zurückhaltender Gastgeber, der immer mit Tat und Rat zur Seite stand. Unser Urlaub wurde daurch sehr versüßt, dass wir ALLE seine Tipps und Empfehlungen ausprobiert haben. Seine Ortskenntnis hat uns in senr schöne Lokale und Gegenden geführt, die wir so nicht gefunden hätten.Davon inspiriert haben wir einen tollen Wasserfall und eine Möglichkeit des Bootsverleihs entdeckt. Ich bin mir sicher, diese Info hat Giuseppe in sein Empfehlungen mit aufgenommen.Die blaue Villa liegt ganz oben am Hang und man hat einen atemberaubenden Blick aufs Meer und die tolle Landschaft. Kalabrien besticht durch seine Farben, die tolle, erstaunlich grüne Vegetation und die berauschende Farbe des Meeres.Es ist dort sehr sehr ruhig und wenig touristisch. Man braucht ein Auto. 5 MInuten zu Fuß gibt es eine kleine Bucht, in der waren wir meistens alleine. Die Villa hat ausreichenend Platz für 4 Personen, die Küche ist spartanisch, mit wenig Geschirr eingerichtet, was nur selten stört.Dennoch wären hier ein paar Ergänzungen schön ,-)Die Schränke in der Küche riechen z.T.etwas feucht ,die Schlafräume sind hellhörig.Die meiste Zeit haben wir draussen verbracht, am Pool, der Terrasse und auf dem Dach. Die blaue Villa ist eine OASE, die Erholung garantiert !Absolute Weiterempfehlung! Kommen gerne wieder!

Klasse Ferienwohnung.
Wir waren 2 Wochen zu Gast in der Unterkunft und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus bietet Platz für 4 Personen. Wir waren zu zweit gewesen. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, 1 Wohnzimmer mit Küche. Alles ist bestens eingerichtet. Man hat alles was man benötigt. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geräumig und modern. Die Terrasse mit Meerblick, der eigene Pool und die Aussicht auf dem Dach sind ein Traum. Unser Vermieter Giuseppe war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und war stets erreichbar. Wir hatten 2 schöne Wochen und können das Ferienhaus zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen.

Es war alles perfekt. Der Vermieter, das Haus, so wie beschrieben die Freundlichkeit die Sauberkeit alles super. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Der eigene Pool am Haus war genial.

Urlaub mit viel Ruhe und wundervoller Aussicht!
Eine Luxuriöse Villa mit eigenem Pool und Klimaanlage. 2 Schlafzimmer sowie 2 Duschbäder. Fenster sind elektrisch. Pool war sehr sauber und man hat eine Menge Spaß! Wir waren mit unserem Sohn 6 Jahre für 1 Woche in der obersten Villa. Giuseppe ist ein sehr freundlicher Ferienhaus Besitzer, der immer einen Rat hatte wenn man eine Frage hatte. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Liegen waren reichlich da ob oben oder unten. Grill vorhanden. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren genug vorhanden sowie Geschirr und Besteck. Eine sehr ruhige Lage in einem kleinen Dorf. Auto sollte man schon haben um einzukaufen oder Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Die Unterkunft ist geschützt durch ein Tor, mit dem man nur durch einen persönlichen Schlüssel rein kommt. Sehr wichtig! Traumhafte Aussicht von der Terrasse des Hauses. Man sieht das Meer. Abends sowie am Tag wundervoll. Was auch sehr wichtig ist, es wird kein Englisch oder deutsch da unten gesprochen also sollte man schon seinen Übersetzer auf dem Handy dabei haben oder ein paar Worte italienisch kennen. Ansonsten mit Händen und Füßen kommunizieren. Die Restaurants sind lange offen da sie auch spät öffnen. Unternehmungen sind reichlich da um sich Sehenswürdigkeiten anzuschauen aber für Kinder kaum Ziele oder sehr weit weg. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und würden die Villa für Menschen empfehlen, die einfach im Urlaub ihre Ruhe genießen wollen!

Einfach spitze!
Sehr schöne Villa ,wir hatten die blaue ganz oben . Guiseppe gab uns viele Tipps für Aktivitäten und Restaurants in der Nähe egal welches Anliegen wir hatten er hat es immer gelöst und uns Ratschläge gegeben , er ist einfach Gold Wert !! So ein gastfreundlicher,zuvorkommender und netter Vermieter der alles im Blick hat . In unseren Urlaubswochen war es extrem heiß ,Guiseppe hatte selbst den Chlorgehalt vom Pool im Blick ( haben eine WhatsApp Nachricht erhalten das für unseren Pool eine zusätzliche Chlortablette neben dem Garten abgelegt worden ist ) . Was super gewesen ist das unsere Vorgänger in Ihrer Bewertung erwähnt hatten dass es keinen Wasserkocher gibt (haben unseren kleinen Reise Wasserkocher mit genommen ) . Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern (15 und 9) da , das Besteck ist für zwei Mahlzeiten ausreichend dann muss entweder die Geschirrspülmaschine angestellt werden oder selbst gespült werden . Der Strand ist ca.2 km entfernt und ein Kies-/Steinstrand wir waren froh Badeschuhe mitgenommen zu haben . Abends kühlt sich die Luft gut ab es weht ein lauer Wind ,man kann gut draußen sitzen ohne zu schwitzen . Wer gerne den Mücken zum Opfer fällt sollte ein Mückenspray oder was unsere Kinder hatte ein Mückenarmband mit Ätherischen Ölen mit nehmen . Mein Mann kam am besten mit dem Anti Brumm Forte aus . Leicht tiefgelegte Kraftfahrzeuge haben Schwierigkeiten die doch steile Auffahrt/Abfahrt zur Villa ohne Kratzer zu meistern ,bei uns hat es mal mehr mal weniger gut geklappt😅. In der Villa ist es wirklich still und einen erholtem Urlaub Abseits des Massentourismus steht nichts im Weg!
