The Kitchen
Bright and functional, the kitchen features quartz countertops and modern appliances, fully stocked with Our Place cookware and a complete set of cooking tools for easy at-home meals. Enjoy coffee or tea your way with Keurig K-Cups, a drip coffee maker, and a full tea service. Olive oil, salt, pepper, and spices are provided.
A reverse-osmosis water filtration system supplies purified drinking water at the sink and feeds the refrigeratorâs ice maker. Cleaning supplies, a dish rack, dog bowls, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are conveniently stored under the sink. Dine at the breakfast bar with seating for three or at the dining table with seating for four.
The Living Room
Unwind in the open living area with a comfortable sofa, two accent chairs, and a generous ottoman, creating a relaxed space to gather or lounge. A smart TV allows you to log in to your preferred streaming services, including Netflix, Apple TV, and Hulu.
The Bedrooms
The home offers two inviting bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. Both bedrooms include ceiling fans, luggage racks, hanging organizers, and clothes hampers. An iron, ironing board, and step stool are located in the queen bedroom closet for added convenience.
The Bathroom
The bathroom features a walk-in shower with a rain-style showerhead and ample towel hooks. Organic bath towels, makeup-removal amenities, and a hair dryer are provided for a comfortable stay.
The Screened Lanai.
The front entrance is accessed through a charming screened lanai with seating for two and a ceiling fan, offering a welcoming place to enjoy the fresh air. Two exterior water hoses are located just outside the lanai for guest use.
The Laundry Room
A private laundry room is accessed through the screened lanai and includes a washer and dryer, beach towels, four beach chairs, a beach umbrella, cordless vacuum, WetJet mop, and broom with dustpan. Laundry detergent and cleaning supplies are stored in the cabinet above the machines.
The Outdoor Space
One of The Canary Palmâs standout features is its expansive private fenced backyard. The yard is ideal for lounging, gathering, or unwinding after a day at the beach, with a fire pit that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere in the evenings.
Just outside the gate, a charming center courtyard provides an additional spot to dine alfresco or enjoy the tropical surroundings, framed by mature coconut palms and lush landscaping.
The Neighborhood
Located just north of Bonita Beach Road, Imperial Shores is a quiet residential neighborhood ideal for walking and biking, with convenient access to beaches, dining, and local attractions.
Dog Friendly
Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Dog bowls are stored under the kitchen sink. Protective furniture and bedding covers are provided, with the living room cover located inside the ottoman and bedroom covers stored in labeled baskets.
