Very nice hotel but needs some maintenance

Hotel is beautiful but requires some maintenance. First room we got the AC did not work. Second room had issues with the toilet flush and the sink. Hotel charges R$25.00 parking per night but we parked on the street in front of the hotel.

Cute design, well decorated. The room has no chair. One day there was no hot water without explanation. Excellent service in restaurant. Very good kitchen, cook present in the restaurant.

The most comfortable Hotel in the area

This is a large Hotel with 2 swimming pools, outside and inside, sauna and large common spaces. The Front Desk is not too friendly but efficient. The room has a good space but you cannot let the AC turned on, because the key needs to be inside. The Breakfast is good, they did what the could to offer us the best. The did scramble eggs by demand for me and my wife, delicious. The impression that we had is that this Hotel had better days, but is still a good Hotel. A little bit over price for what is offered, I believe 20% less would be more appropriate. Definitely if you want to stay in a Hotel that has space to relax after you do the tour, and you are Ok to pay more, this is the Hotel to be. We spent all the evenings at the warm swimming pool.

One of the best Hotels in Bonito. If is your first time there is a good option. For further visits I would go to a cheaper one.

The structure of the hotel is good, but we were a little disappointed with the room. There were some trash in the can, the door was broken, the sink and shower linking everywhere when we opened. The good part is once we complained, they got the issues solved.

the Room was dirty and no AC...

no good at all..i booked two nights and the have only one and i have to show all paper i had to proof . Another thing. No AC at all at reception hall.

Quase perfeito

Hotel excelente, com uma arquitetura linda e diferenciada. O quarto é maravilhoso, banheiro com chuveiro excelente (pressão da água fantástica) com uma sacada grande e uma cama king-size. A piscina é ótima, ampla e com profundidade de até 1,50m. Além disso, o hotel conta com uma piscina aquecida com hidromassagem, que foi essencial nos dias mais frios. Alguns pontos poderiam melhorar. O café da manhã decepcionou um pouco pela baixa quantidade de opções, apesar de ser saboroso. O bar/restaurante do hotel também deixou a desejar, com poucas opções no cardápio, preços elevados e um atendimento que não foi dos melhores. A localização é boa, com alguns restaurantes e mercados nos arredores, facilitando as opções para almoço e compras. No entanto, fica um pouco longe do centro, sendo necessário cerca de 20 minutos de caminhada. O atendimento geral foi excelente, especialmente na recepção, o que contribuiu para uma estadia muito agradável. No geral, a experiência foi fantástica
