Located in Bonnieux, one of the most beautiful villages in the Luberon, this Provençal house offers charm, comfort and views in a quiet, convenient setting. Surrounded by over 2,000 m² of enclosed landscaped grounds, it features Mediterranean trees, a majestic umbrella pine and a south-facing terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the village.
The ground floor has a bright and spacious living/dining area with large openings to the terrace, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a utility room, one bedroom, a shower room and a separate WC. This layout is ideal for families, friends or multigenerational stays.
Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a 7 m² dressing room and a landing currently used as a small office space. A balcony offers postcard views of Bonnieux and the hills beyond.
The swimming pool is set against a backdrop of the village and surrounded by sunny and shaded areas suitable for lounging, outdoor meals and relaxing afternoons. The garden is designed for easy outdoor living, with planted borders and open views.
