With nearly 2,500 square feet, this home offers plenty of room and privacy for you and your guests. There is ample private parking. We have window A/C downstairs and in each of the bedrooms. There are just a few "hot days" in summer.

Each of the three bedrooms (located upstairs) have comfortable beds with a queen size bed in the primary, a queen size bed in the second room, and two twin beds in the third room. The primary bedroom has a four poster bed and an en suite bathroom. The upstairs has another full bathroom. All bathrooms are stocked with amenities such as soap, shampoo/conditioner, and body wash.

There is a sofa bed with a Bob-O-Pedi mattress in the downstairs sunroom with a barn door for added privacy.

There is a large eat-in kitchen with all the amenities you could need, including quality pots and equipment for a classic New England lobster boil. We provide a Keurig and a Cuisinart gold filter coffee maker and a coffee grinder. We have a new electric five-burner stove. You can enjoy your meals on the private and large deck facing the back yard which incudes a gas bbq. All bbq equipment is provided, including a spare tank of gas. We provide all basic kitchen amenities including spices, oils, trash bags, foil, plastic wrap, etc.

There are 2 sets of stairs to the upstairs bedrooms, including one directly into the primary bedroom. Additionally, there are two steps on the first floor, one of which is a step up into the kitchen and another step down into the sunken living room. These steps are well marked for your safety.

On one side of the yard, there is a 8 foot deep pool which is fully covered and fenced around the entire permitter. The fence is locked and the pool is not used. There are signs around the pool to not enter. This is for your safety.

Minutes to downtown Boothbay Harbor, the Costal Maine Botanical Gardens, quaint restaurants, and lobster shacks!
