Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport is 10 minutes away. The nearest bus stop is 50 metres away. Easy parking, with free places on the street and the possibility of bringing vehicles inside the property.

House on one level, of 110 m². Housing completely renovated and air-conditioned, with equipped kitchen, living room, two bathrooms and 4 bedrooms:
1 bedroom, bed 160 x 200 cm

1 bedroom with mezzanine; 1 bed on the first floor of 140 x 190 cm and a convertible bench 95 x 167 cm on the ground floor.
