Our bellhop was great!! The room was clean and comfortable. Concert venue is awesome except for security who told me to go back to my seat (I was taking pictures at the stage) but allowed many others to stay. Let us have fun girl!!! Casino is clean, Sportsbar had good food choices, reasonably priced.

The hotel is very nice, extremely clean, and has great restaurants. The location of the hotel isn’t the best because most of the business are closed or are in bad condition. However, if you’re willing to drive closer to the college, it’s a much nicer area with chain restaurants and stores. Don’t expect much in Shreveport!

Everyone we came into contact with was pleasant and helpful. The hotel room is modern, clean, and comfortable. Parking was free, even valet. We’d stay here again!

Quick trip

Spur of the moment trip. Everything from check in to check out was great. All staff was excellent, but bartender Dominique in the Ridotto Grand Cafe was the best of all. She is a treasure. Our only complaint was the smoke in the casino was very strong. Overall a great trip!!

Outdoors smelled horrible like sewer, our room AC was set to 67(as low as it’d go) but it was 73/75 all night and was so hot. Room was clean, hotel was clean, staff was friendly. But the hot room made for a miserable night and it was so late when we got checked in and didn’t feel like waiting in maintenance after midnight already.
