The upper ground floor further comprises a dining room with a dining table and a well-equipped kitchen featuring a dining table and direct access to the garden, as well as a bath with WC. On the lower ground floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, a spacious living room awaits, complete with an open-hearth fireplace reserved for decorative purposes only, and exits leading to both the garden and the veranda. A shower with WC is also available on this level.
