Hotel overall was nice, neat, modern style. The beds were comfortable, the room was too warm, despite dropping the temp. The breakfast was just bagels/pastries, nothing too fancy. It was in a safe area and walking distance to Fenway.

Overall the room was clean and nicely decorated with a modern flair. The bed was very comfortable. However the room was dimly lit. For someone that needed to work at the desk provided, there was only a very dim table lamp which barely provided any lighting. I needed to drag the heavy floor lamp across the room to be able to properly work and even that didn’t light up the room very much. There was also a very loud humming noise coming from the building that made it difficult to sleep at times. The ice machines were only on the 3rd and 5th floors and were a bit away from the elevators. They were also very loud and I would not want to be in the room across from the machines (this could have been part of the noise I hear from my floor, but I couldn’t tell)

Great potential, but needs maintenance and updates "We stayed here recently and while the staff was friendly, the property itself felt outdated. We ran into several technical frustrations during our stay. The TV would not connect to the remote, making it impossible to use, and we had recurring issues with the garage door failing to open. Having to deal with these basic functional problems multiple times was disappointing. This place could be great with some modernization and better maintenance.

The desk chair was not very comfortable. Surprised there was not another chair to sit in considering the size of the room. Room was clean but the mattress was not very comfortable. All staff were pleasant.

Front desk staff are excellent particular to day shift Sam and night shift David. They are patient and friendly. My original room was noisy coz of the ventilation. They moved me up to a quiet room. The only concern is too cold in the room set at 68F centrally controlled. Nothing you could do.
