First room had non-working thermostat and remote for TV, didn't work. 2nd room had non-operative TV. 3rd room was OK. Took over an hour to get a room where everything worked. This is a terrible property - at least for the rooms on the lower floors - no outside windows. Layout reminiscent of a cell block. Zero amenities in room - no cups, no pen, no writing pad, not en a luggage stand. TV is an overcomplicated streaming gadget that requires you to log into Google and use your phone as a remote. Bathroom is basic. Lot of fees tacked onto the room rate - e.g. $30 "facility fee" that covers the "complimentary" breakfast. Cellular reception inside the building is poor. Very poor value - do not recommend.

After a long day of travel, we arrived at the hotel at 11:25pm. No one at the front desk. After almost 10 min of waiting finally someone appeared.

Hotel is very nice, beds and linens are good. They didn’t put toilet paper and the phone doesn’t work to cal the front desk, a/c doesn’t work either and they didn’t fix it or change us to another room. Temperature was 81 very hot to sleep in we had to call the 1800 number and ask for assistance and obviously nobody did anything to fix these things

The “continental breakfast” was bread. I was charged $134.04 to have bread for breakfast. The staff gave us a number to call should we need anything for our room, but every time we called, it rang and rang or it went to voicemail. As soon as we checked in to our room, no toilet paper to be found. So, naturally, we called the front desk as they advised to do should we need anything. Did anyone answer? Not once. I would not recommend this place, and be prepared for that little hidden charge you’ll get after you check it out! $134 for BREAD and a gym. Wow. OH and when I called to speak to someone about the charge, the front desk stated “oh once you check out you would’ve seen that charge right in front of your face.” I KID YOU NOT those words came out of the front desk’s mouth.

Difficult/weird not well lit parking with a super creepy alleyway to go down. No bar or convenience store as depicted on website. Incredibly noisy room - little lighting, no windows, no closet, huge gross stain on the carpet. Lackluster “free” breakfast at best. A surprise $167 charge on check in - $100 security deposit which hopefully gets returned upon checkout, $67 “convenience/facilitiy” fee. The only staff that speak to you is the front desk, everyone else is creepily silent. Needless to stay, first and last time staying here.
