I was charged an early check in fee, though clearly the hotel was not full and the room had already been cleaned and ready - I came from the airport and had nowhere else to go. There was hair all over the bathroom (someone shaved?) and the surfaces looked like they were wiped down with a dirty rag. The elevator rarely worked.

The staff is very helpful. I arrived early and had no problem with an early check in. They were also very helpful with helping me get around to do what I needed to get done before a trip.
