I really enjoyed staying at this hotel for my boyfriend's birthday. The location is perfect, located by the mall, a lot of stores, and food options. The hotel was so cool and the staff were very nice.

My wife and I only stayed for one night. The staff from checking to check out was amazing. Super nice, welcoming, and warm. The room was a bit dated and you can tell where they tried to update. It was clean but the tub was clogged so we took showers that turned into baths. Besides that it was a very pleasant stay.

The shower wasn’t working right . The valve to regulate the water temperature was not working accurately, almost got burnt. It was very dangerous.. the television wasn’t getting a lot of stations. Very disappointed with this stay.

The Verve is the best boutique hotel in the Wellesley, Natick, Framingham Metro West! Clean, superb accommodations, service, and a hip cool retro vibe make it my favorite place to send guests, family, or to say at myself.

Amazing Hotel

There is not enough kudos I can give to this hotel. It is beautiful inside. The beds are comfortable, the staff is amazing, the breakfast is good for an extra charge but worth it and the lounge and the bartender ten stars. Just an amazing experience. First time here and we came for our second anniversary. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back.
