I got to the hotel, and Hyatt didn't have record of my reservation. Desk staff worked it out, and were awesome, and the stay was exactly as needed, but a clear failure of communication between Travelocity and Hyatt.

Great location, friendly & helpful staff. Enjoyed happy hour with live music in lobby. Bed was super comfortable, shower was hot with amazing water pressure. Some street noise on 4th floor but didn’t disturb our sleep.

Pictures are deceiving about how the bathroom is setup in the regular king room. The shower stall is extremely small and the toilet having a sliding pocket door with no lock was not great.
